Kit consists of 2 cardboard walls, one gray foamcore board floor and all the balsa pieces you need, cut to size.
Walls: 4 1/4 inch tall. Long wall is 11 1/2 inches long. Short wall is 7 3/4 inch long. You cut windows and door.

On items that need to be assembled, it is recommended that you use CA gel glue.
Gel glue is not as messy as the liquid CA glue and allows for adjustment before drying.
